By purchasing or downloading any digital products from SilkAssets (silkassets.top), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All products sold by SilkAssets are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds unless the files are corrupted or fail to download.
When you purchase a product from SilkAssets, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for both personal and commercial projects — including in tech packs, mood boards, marketing materials, and finished apparel products. This license applies per purchaser; team or studio-wide use requires a separate license.
You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files with others. You may NOT claim ownership or authorship of the original designs. You may NOT use the files in a way that competes directly with SilkAssets (e.g., reselling them as a digital asset pack or design library).
All files sold by SilkAssets are original works created by or licensed to SilkAssets. All intellectual property rights remain with SilkAssets. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after download. If you experience technical issues with your files, please contact us at hello@silkassets.top and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
SilkAssets provides all digital products "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for how the files are used in your projects, including any production or manufacturing decisions made using reference materials provided.
